This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 2003; provided, however, that the amending provisions to Article 139, paragraphs (3) and (5) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions of Article 3, and the provisions of Article 2, paragraphs (5) and (6) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of July 1, 2003.
