第三条
With regard to the payment of the incentive for improving the training attendance environment under Article 139-4, paragraph (2) of the Former Ordinance, pertaining to the implementation of the assistance under item (iii) of that paragraph, to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to that paragraph before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
