第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour under Article 101-2-5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, pertaining to the educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-2 of that Ordinance that commenced before January 1, 2001, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十三年一月一日前に開始された雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の二の二に規定する教育訓練に係る同令第百一条の二の五に規定する労働省令で定める額については、なお従前の例による。
