第四条
With regard to the payment of the incentive for course attendance by middle-aged and elderly workers, etc. under Article 138, item (iv) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to educational training prescribed in Article 139-3 of the Former Ordinance commenced before December 1, 1998, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十年十二月一日前に開始された旧規則第百三十九条の三に規定する教育訓練に係る旧規則第百三十八条第四号の中高年齢労働者等受講奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
