Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 101-2-7, paragraph (2) of the New Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits during the period from December 1, 1998 to February 28, 1999 must be submitted during the period from March 1 to March 31, 1999; provided, however, that this does not apply where there is an unavoidable reason, such as a natural disaster, for not having submitted it.
新規則第百一条の二の七第二項の規定にかかわらず、平成十年十二月一日から平成十一年二月二十八日までの間における教育訓練給付金支給申請書の提出は、同年三月一日から同年三月三十一日までの間にしなければならない。ただし、天災その他提出しなかったことについてやむを得ない理由があるときは、この限りでない。
