附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 1994.
この省令は、平成六年六月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 102-3, paragraph (2), items (i) and (ii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to leave or educational training for which the first day of the base period for determination (meaning the base period for determination prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (a), (5) of that Article; the same applies hereinafter) that includes the day on which that leave or educational training is implemented is on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to leave or educational training for which the first day of the base period for determination that includes the day on which that leave or educational training is implemented is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第二項第一号及び第二号の規定は、当該休業又は教育訓練が行われる日の属する判定基礎期間（同条第一項第二号イ（５）に規定する判定基礎期間をいう。以下同じ。）の初日がこの省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後である休業又は教育訓練について適用し、当該休業又は教育訓練が行われる日の属する判定基礎期間の初日が施行日前である休業又は教育訓練については、なお従前の例による。
