Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1993.
この省令は、平成五年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
第十五条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment, pertaining to vocational training for the period before the Effective Date, of the attendance allowance for specified occupations under Article 58 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 14, the industrial employment stabilization grant under Article 102-4 of that Ordinance, the incentive for preparation for transition to continued employment under Article 105 of that Ordinance, the lifelong ability development benefit under Article 125 of that Ordinance, and the ability development benefit for business conversion, etc. of small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 125-2 of that Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に係る職業訓練に関する第十四条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第五十八条の特定職種受講手当、同令第百二条の四の産業雇用安定助成金、同令第百五条の継続雇用移行準備奨励金、同令第百二十五条の生涯能力開発給付金及び同令第百二十五条の二の中小企業事業転換等能力開発給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
