第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1986.
この省令は、昭和六十一年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Special Provision for the First Year Concerning Payment of the Reward for Employing Large Numbers of Elderly Persons
第三条（高年齢者多数雇用報奨金の支給に係る初年度の特例）
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 104 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, with regard to the application of that Article to the payment of the reward for employing large numbers of elderly persons in the period from October 1, 1986 to December 31, 1986, the phrase "from January to December each year" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "from October 1986 to December of the same year", and the phrase "where the number is less than 60, 60" with "where the number is less than 15, 15".
雇用保険法施行規則第百四条の規定にかかわらず、昭和六十一年十月一日から同年十二月三十一日までの間における高年齢者多数雇用報奨金の支給に係る同条の規定の適用については、同条中「毎年、一月から十二月まで」とあるのは「昭和六十一年十月から同年十二月まで」と、「その数が六十を下回る場合にあつては、六十」とあるのは「その数が十五を下回る場合にあつては、十五」とする。
