Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

①With regard to the daily amount of the attendance allowance for days before April 1, 1982 (hereinafter referred to as the "application date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②With regard to the monthly amount of the commuting allowance and the monthly amount of the lodging allowance for months on or before March 1982, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment of relocation expenses pertaining to a relocation that began before the application date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

④Educational training designated by the Minister of Labour before the application date pursuant to Article 130, paragraph (2), items (iii) and (iv) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") is deemed to be educational training designated by the Minister of Labour pursuant to Article 125, paragraph (3), item (i), (a), (4) and (5).

⑤With regard to the payment of the paid educational training leave incentive benefit under Article 130 of the Former Ordinance in respect of educational training pertaining to a period before the application date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑥With regard to the payment of the benefit for taking vocational training, etc. under Article 132 of the Former Ordinance in respect of vocational training (including vocational courses) pertaining to a period before the application date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑦With regard to the payment of the benefit for encouraging the dispatch of workers to vocational training, etc. under Article 134 of the Former Ordinance in respect of vocational training pertaining to a period before the application date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
