第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day on which the Act Partially Amending the Act for Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities and the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Employment of Middle-Aged and Older Persons, etc. (Act No. 36 of 1976) comes into effect (October 1, 1976).
この省令は、身体障害者雇用促進法及び中高年齢者等の雇用の促進に関する特別措置法の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十一年法律第三十六号）の施行の日（昭和五十一年十月一日）から施行する。
