Supplementary Provisions, Article 25Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 11-2, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act

The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are persons set out in Article 101-2-7, item (iv) as read pursuant to the preceding Article (excluding persons for whom the period added pursuant to Article 101-2-5, paragraph (1) exceeds four years, and persons who have taken and completed (including persons who are taking) the educational training of an educational training course that provides educational training at night or any other educational training course that enables a person to take educational training while continuing to work), who have not received, before the basis day prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, the educational training support benefits prescribed in Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "educational training support benefits") (excluding persons who are not expected to complete the specialized practical educational training and other persons specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare).
