Supplementary Provisions, Article 23Notice of Extension of the Number of Benefit Days Prescribed in Article 5, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act

When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided to pay basic allowance to a qualified recipient pursuant to Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the Chief is to notify that qualified recipient to that effect and enter the necessary particulars in the qualified recipient's certificate (or, where that qualified recipient has been issued a notice of recipient qualification, in the notice of recipient qualification).
