Supplementary Provisions, Article 17-7Provisional Measures concerning Human Resources Development Program
第十七条の七（能力開発事業に関する暫定措置）
The programs listed in Article 63, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act and the programs specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under item (ix) of that paragraph are, in addition to those provided for in Articles 121, 124, 125-2, 134, 138, 140 and 140-2, as follows:
for the time being, to establish and operate facilities for assisting vocational training conducted by employers, etc. prescribed in Article 13 of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act, and to subsidize the whole or a part of the expenses required therefor for local governments and other persons that establish and operate those facilities;
当分の間、職業能力開発促進法第十三条に規定する事業主等の行う職業訓練の援助を行うための施設を設置し、及び運営するとともに、当該施設を設置し、及び運営する地方公共団体その他の者に対して、これらに要する経費の全部又は一部の補助を行うこと。
until the collection of claims pertaining to funds lent pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1), item (viii) of the Act on the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 170 of 2002) before its abolition by the Abolition Act is completed, to manage and collect those claims.
廃止法による廃止前の独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構法（平成十四年法律第百七十号）第十一条第一項第八号の規定により貸し付けられた資金に係る債権の回収が終了するまでの間、当該債権の管理及び回収を行うこと。
