For the application of Article 140-3, paragraph (1) in the case of receiving payment pursuant to Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions, pursuant to the provisions of Article 17-5-2 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "an amount equivalent to 2/10 of the amount" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "an amount equivalent to twice the amount".
