Article 4-2Technical Replacement of Terms Concerning Notification of Ceasing to Be a Dependent Spouse
Where the provisions of Article 12, paragraphs (6) through (9) of the Act are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 12-2, paragraph (2) of the Act, the terms listed in the middle column of the following table that appear in the provisions of Article 12 of the Act listed in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the terms listed in the right-hand column of that table.
