附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1990; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 6-6 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act in Article 1 and the provisions of Article 3 and paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 1 of that year.
この政令は、平成二年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第六条の六の改正規定並びに第三条及び附則第三項の規定は、同年六月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension, survivors' basic pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1990.
平成二年七月以前の月分の障害基礎年金、遺族基礎年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
