附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect on October 1, 1972.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は、昭和四十七年十月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5-3 and Article 6-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by Article 1 apply to the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension based on income for the year 1971 and subsequent years, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment based on income for the year 1970 and earlier years.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の三及び第六条の二の規定は、昭和四十六年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、昭和四十五年以前の年の所得による支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
