第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified respectively in those items:
次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から適用する。
the provisions of Article 5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by Article 1, the provisions of Article 46, paragraph (2), Articles 50 through 52, Article 56, paragraph (3), Article 58, paragraph (3), Article 72, Article 73, Article 75, Article 88, paragraph (4), Article 93, Article 94, Article 100, paragraph (3), Article 102, paragraph (3), Article 108, Article 109, Article 116 and Article 117 of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended Transitional Measures Cabinet Order"), the provisions of Article 6 of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Welfare of Mothers with Dependents and Widows as amended by Article 5, the provisions of Article 6, and the provisions of Articles 6 through 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1989.
