第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on October 1, 2021; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、令和三年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 6-7 and Articles 6-8 through 6-9-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act in Article 1, and the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article: April 1, 2021.

第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
The provisions of Article 5-4 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act") apply to the disability basic pension under Article 30-4 of the National Pension Act for a month in or after October 2021.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（以下この条において「新国民年金法施行令」という。）第五条の四の規定は、令和三年十月以後の月分の国民年金法第三十条の四の規定による障害基礎年金について適用する。
The provisions of Article 6-7 and Articles 6-8 through 6-9-2 of the New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act apply to the premiums prescribed in Article 87, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a month on or after the month following the month in 2021 specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 90, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act.
新国民年金法施行令第六条の七及び第六条の八から第六条の九の二までの規定は、令和三年における国民年金法第九十条第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める月の翌月以後の月分の同法第八十七条第一項に規定する保険料について適用する。
