附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1984; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 6-6 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act in Article 1 comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 and paragraphs (4) and (5) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 1 of that year.
この政令は、昭和五十九年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第六条の六の改正規定は公布の日から、第三条及び第四条並びに附則第四項及び第五項の規定は同年六月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1984.
昭和五十九年七月以前の月分の障害福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
