第一条（施行期日）

This Cabinet Order comes into effect on October 1, 2025.
この政令は、令和七年十月一日から施行する。
第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
The provisions of Article 5-4 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 36-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a month in or after October 2025, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of that disability basic pension for a month in or before September of that year.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の四の規定は、令和七年十月以後の月分の国民年金法第三十六条の三第一項の規定による障害基礎年金の支給の停止について適用し、同年九月以前の月分の当該障害基礎年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
