第一条（施行期日等）

This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
第十一条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
With regard to the payment of a disability pension, mother-and-child pension or quasi-mother-and-child pension under the provisions of the National Pension Act to a person who, on the day before the Effective Date, actually has the right to receive Type 2 disability compensation provided for in Article 5 of the Former Order or survivors' compensation provided for in Article 6 of the Former Order, and who is subject to Article 36 or Article 41 of the National Pension Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 41-3, paragraph (1) of that Act), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article. The same applies to the payment of a disability welfare pension under the provisions of that Act to a person who, on the day before the Effective Date, actually has the right to receive Type 1 disability compensation under the provisions of Article 5 of the Former Order, and who is subject to Article 36 of the National Pension Act.
施行日の前日において現に旧令第五条に定める第二種障害補償又は旧令第六条に定める遺族補償を受ける権利を有する者で、国民年金法第三十六条又は第四十一条（同法第四十一条の三第一項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用を受けているものに対する同法の規定による障害年金、母子年金又は準母子年金の支給については、前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第四条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。施行日の前日において現に旧令第五条の規定による第一種障害補償の支給を受ける権利を有する者で、国民年金法第三十六条の規定の適用を受けているものに対する同法の規定による障害福祉年金の支給についても、同様とする。
