附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on November 1, 1971; provided, however, that the amending provision for Article 5-2 (excluding the part that replaces "Article 79-2, paragraph (5)" with "Article 79-2, paragraph (6)" in that Article) comes into effect on October 1 of that year.
この政令は、昭和四十六年十一月一日から施行する。ただし、第五条の二の改正規定（同条中「第七十九条の二第五項」を「第七十九条の二第六項」に改める部分を除く。）は、同年十月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension based on income for the year 1971 and subsequent years, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment based on income for the year 1970 and earlier years.
この政令による改正後の第六条の二第一項の規定は、昭和四十六年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、昭和四十五年以前の年の所得による支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
