附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 5-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from October 1, 1970.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第五条の二の規定は、昭和四十五年十月一日から適用する。
The provisions of Articles 5-3 and 6-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of disability welfare pensions, mother-and-child welfare pensions, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pensions and old-age welfare pensions based on income for 1970 and subsequent years, and with regard to the suspension of payment based on income for 1969 and earlier years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令による改正後の第五条の三及び第六条の二の規定は、昭和四十五年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、昭和四十四年以前の年の所得による支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
