Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2012; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、平成二十四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Articles 2, 4, 5 and 9 through 12, and the provisions of Articles 3 and 5 through 11 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 2012.

第七条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
The provisions of Article 5-4, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 9 apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension based on income for a year in or after 2011, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment based on income for a year in or before 2010.
第九条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の四第一項の規定は、平成二十三年以後の年の所得による障害基礎年金の支給の停止について適用し、平成二十二年以前の年の所得による支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
