第四条の二（被扶養配偶者でなくなつたことの届出に関する技術的読替え）
Where the provisions of Article 12, paragraphs (6) through (9) of the Act are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 12-2, paragraph (2) of the Act, the terms listed in the middle column of the following table that appear in the provisions of Article 12 of the Act listed in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the terms listed in the right-hand column of that table.
