附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified in those items:
次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から適用する。
the provisions of Article 3-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 1, the provisions of Article 4-2 and Article 13 of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by Article 3, the provisions of Articles 5 through 11, and the provisions of the following paragraph through paragraph (6) of these Supplementary Provisions: June 1, 1980;
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第三条の二の規定、第三条の規定による改正後の船員保険法施行令第四条の二及び第十三条の規定、第五条から第十一条までの規定並びに次項から附則第六項までの規定 昭和五十五年六月一日
the provisions of Article 3-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 1, the provisions of Article 4-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by Article 3, and the provisions of Article 4-2 and Article 4-3 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by Article 4: August 1, 1980.
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第三条の五の規定、第三条の規定による改正後の船員保険法施行令第四条の五の規定並びに第四条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第四条の二及び第四条の三の規定 昭和五十五年八月一日
The amount of the benefits in the form of a pension under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) for June 1980 (excluding the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension, and the old-age pension paid under the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act (Act No. 86 of 1969) or Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 92 of 1973)) is to be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Cabinet Order on the Revision of Amounts of Pensions under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the Mariners Insurance Act and the National Pension Act, prior to its abolition by the provisions of Article 5.
昭和五十五年六月分の国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）による年金たる給付（障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金並びに国民年金法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十四年法律第八十六号）附則第十六条第一項又は厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号）附則第二十条第一項の規定により支給する老齢年金を除く。）の額については、第五条の規定による廃止前の厚生年金保険法、船員保険法及び国民年金法による年金の額の改定に関する政令第二条の規定の例による。
