第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2001.
この政令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
第二条（支給の繰下げの際に加算する額及び支給の繰上げの際に減ずる額に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount Added upon Deferral of Payment and the Amount Reduced upon Advancement of Payment
With regard to the amount to be added pursuant to the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (4) of the National Pension Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 46, paragraph (2) of that Act and Article 9-3, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) and the amount to be reduced pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (6) of that Article and Article 9-3, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act), in relation to the amount of an old-age basic pension, an additional pension, and an old-age pension under the provisions of Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act paid to a person born on or before April 1, 1941, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和十六年四月一日以前に生まれた者に対し支給する老齢基礎年金、付加年金及び国民年金法附則第九条の三第一項の規定による老齢年金の額に係る同法第二十八条第四項（同法第四十六条第二項及び同法附則第九条の三第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により加算する額及び同法附則第九条の二第四項（同条第六項及び同法附則第九条の三第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により減ずる額については、なお従前の例による。
