附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, Article 52 of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the provisions of Article 2, and the following paragraph apply from April 1, 1996.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の二、第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う経過措置に関する政令第五十二条及び次項の規定は、平成八年四月一日から適用する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension, survivors' basic pension and old-age welfare pension for a month on or before March 1996.
平成八年三月以前の月分の障害基礎年金、遺族基礎年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
