附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 5-4 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act in Article 1, the provision adding one article after Article 52 of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. in Article 2 (limited to the part relating to the row for Article 6-4, paragraph (1) in the table of Article 52-2 of that Cabinet Order), and the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on August 1, 1986.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第五条の四の改正規定、第二条中国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う経過措置に関する政令第五十二条の次に一条を加える改正規定（同令第五十二条の二の表第六条の四第一項の項に係る部分に限る。）及び附則第三項の規定は、昭和六十一年八月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by Article 1 and the provisions of Article 52-2 of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by Article 2 (excluding the part relating to the row for Article 6-4, paragraph (1) in the table of Article 52-2) apply from April 1, 1986.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の二の規定及び第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う経過措置に関する政令第五十二条の二（同条の表第六条の四第一項の項に係る部分を除く。）の規定は、昭和六十一年四月一日から適用する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1986.
昭和六十一年七月以前の月分の障害基礎年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
