第十四条の五（脱退一時金に関する技術的読替え等）
Article 14-5Technical Replacement of Terms, etc. Concerning Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payments
Where the provisions of the Act are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 9-3-2, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the terms listed in the middle column of the following table that appear in the provisions of the Act listed in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the terms listed in the right-hand column of that table.

わかりやすく言うと
第二号被保険者の配偶者で、主にその収入で生計を維持している人のうち、二十歳以上六十歳未満の人のことです（法第七条第一項第三号）。日本国内に住所があることなどが必要で、一定の人は除かれます。
