第二条（様式に関する経過措置）
Documents that were actually submitted or issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order and are used in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に提出され又は交付されているこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
