Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

①The provisions of Article 101-2-7, Article 101-2-8, and Articles 101-2-11-2 through 101-2-15 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to a person who has started the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as "educational training") on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, and with regard to the application of Article 101-2-7, Article 101-2-8, and Articles 101-2-11-2 through 101-2-14 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") to a person who started educational training before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②The written claim for unpaid benefits for unemployment, etc. in accordance with Form No. 10-4 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the educational training benefits and educational training support benefits qualification confirmation form in accordance with Form No. 33-2-2 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-4 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-5 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of name, the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of address and the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of telephone number in accordance with Form No. 33-2-6 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the certificate of attendance for educational training support benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-7 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, which are actually submitted at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, are deemed to be, respectively, the written claim for unpaid benefits for unemployment, etc. in accordance with Form No. 10-4 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the educational training benefits and educational training support benefits qualification confirmation form in accordance with Form No. 33-2-2 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-5 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for educational training benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-6 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of name, the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of address and the educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of telephone number in accordance with Form No. 33-2-8 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the certificate of attendance for educational training support benefits in accordance with Form No. 33-2-9 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

③The educational training benefits and educational training support benefits qualified recipient's certificate in accordance with Form No. 33-2-3 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, which is actually issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, is deemed to be the educational training benefits and educational training support benefits qualified recipient's certificate in accordance with Form No. 33-2-4 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

④Paper forms in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
