第二条（経過措置）
Documents that are actually submitted or issued at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect and are in use in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に提出され、又は交付されているこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
