Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 2018; provided, however, that the amending provisions to Form No. 2, Form No. 10-4, Form No. 33-6, and Form No. 35 in Article 1 come into effect as of July 1, 2017, and the amending provisions to Article 101-11 and Article 101-11-2-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the amending provision that adds one Article after Article 101-11-2-3, the amending provisions to Form No. 33-5 and Form No. 33-5-2, the amending provision to Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Security Act in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 3 come into effect as of October 1, 2017.
この省令は、平成三十年一月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中様式第二号、様式第十号の四、様式第三十三号の六及び様式第三十五号の改正規定は平成二十九年七月一日から、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の十一及び第百一条の十一の二の三の改正規定、第百一条の十一の二の三の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに様式第三十三号の五及び様式第三十三号の五の二の改正規定、第二条中職業安定法施行規則第二十二条第一項の改正規定並びに第三条の規定は、平成二十九年十月一日から施行する。
