Supplementary Provisions, Article 3

With regard to the payment of the grant for promoting the establishment of special subsidiaries, etc. to an employer that came to be able to receive that grant pursuant to Article 17-4-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the enforcement of the amending provision for Article 17-4-5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
