Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2010; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions for Article 17-4-4 and Article 17-4-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act) and Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of July 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条の規定（雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の四の四及び附則第十七条の四の五第一項の改正規定に限る。）及び附則第三条は、平成二十二年七月一日から施行する。
