第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members and the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 65 of 2009; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (June 30, 2010).
この省令は、育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律及び雇用保険法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十一年法律第六十五号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成二十二年六月三十日）から施行する。
