Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Educational Training Benefits

The provisions of Articles 101-2-5 and 101-2-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply starting with a person who commenced, on or after the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974), and for a person who commenced the educational training prescribed in that paragraph before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
