第二条（暫定雇用福祉事業）
The programs specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 6, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") are those listed in the following items, and the periods specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under item (iv) of that paragraph are, for the programs listed in the following items, respectively the periods listed in the relevant items.
雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第六条第一項第四号の厚生労働省令で定める事業は、次の各号に掲げるものとし、同項第四号の厚生労働省令で定める期間は、次の各号に掲げる事業につき、それぞれ、当該各号に掲げる期間とする。
paying the grant under Article 8-2, item (i) of the Workers' Property Accumulation Promotion Act (Act No. 92 of 1971) before amendment by the provisions of Article 87 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Workers' Property Accumulation Act"), for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 88, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: the period from the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Effective Date") to March 31, 2015;
改正法附則第八十八条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた改正法附則第八十七条の規定による改正前の勤労者財産形成促進法（昭和四十六年法律第九十二号。以下「旧財形法」という。）第八条の二第一号の助成金の支給を行うこと この省令の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）から平成二十七年三月三十一日までの間
