Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amending provisions to Article 113, Article 114, Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, and the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions: June 1, 2007;
第一条中雇用保険法施行規則第百十三条、第百十四条、附則第十六条及び附則第十七条の改正規定並びに附則第八条第八項の規定 平成十九年六月一日
the amending provisions to Articles 101-2-5 through 101-2-7 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the amending provisions to Articles 48-14-7 through 48-14-9 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 6 and Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 2007.
