第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for persons who retired for childcare, caregiving, etc. to an employer that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), became eligible to receive payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for persons who retired for childcare, caregiving, etc. pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (4) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百十六条第四項の規定により育児、介護等退職者再雇用促進給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する当該育児、介護等退職者再雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the care welfare grant to an association of employment placement service providers that, before the Effective Date, became eligible to receive payment of the care welfare grant pursuant to Article 140, item (xv) of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧規則第百四十条第十五号の規定により介護福祉助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった職業紹介事業者の団体に対する当該介護福祉助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
