Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act

①With regard to the payment of the regular employment preparation grant to a qualified day worker recipient listed in Article 83, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 5 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") who took up stable employment before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 17-2, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that is actually in use on the Effective Date may, for the time being, be used after making the necessary revisions.
