第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1990; provided, however, that the provisions amending Form No. 27 (cover) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act come into effect as of June 1 of the same year.
この省令は、平成二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、雇用保険法施行規則様式第二十七号（表紙）の改正規定は、同年六月一日から施行する。
