第五条
To an employer, an employers' association or a worker that has, during the period until March 31, 1986, become entitled to receive payment of the winter vocational courses assistance benefit, that winter vocational courses assistance benefit may be paid on or after April 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 17-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance.
昭和六十一年三月三十一日までの間に冬期職業講習助成給付金の支給を受けることができることとなつた事業主若しくは事業主の団体又は労働者に対しては、新規則附則第十七条の二第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該冬期職業講習助成給付金を支給することができる。
