第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (referred to as the "New Ordinance" in paragraph (2) of the following Article) and the provisions of the following Article and Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions apply as from April 1, 1978.
