第二条（障害基礎年金の支給及び額の改定に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Payment and Revision of the Amount of the Disability Basic Pension
The provisions of the Appended Table of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New National Pension Order") apply to the payment of the disability basic pension for a month on or after the month following the month that includes the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the payment of the disability basic pension for a month on or before the month that includes the Effective Date.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（以下「新国年令」という。）別表の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の属する月の翌月以後の月分の障害基礎年金の支給について適用し、施行日の属する月以前の月分の障害基礎年金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
A person entitled to receive the disability basic pension whose right to receive it arose before the Effective Date (limited to a person whose degree of disability falls under the state of disability of grade 2 prescribed in the Appended Table of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former National Pension Order")) and whose degree of disability comes to fall under the state of disability of grade 1 prescribed in the Appended Table of the New National Pension Order as a result of the enforcement of this Cabinet Order may request the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to revise the amount of that disability basic pension.
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may revise the amount of the disability basic pension when a request under the preceding paragraph is made.
厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による請求があったときは、障害基礎年金の額を改定することができる。
