The provisions of Article 4-5, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to a person who has not attained the age of 70 on the day preceding the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") (in the case where the person acquired the right to receive the old-age basic pension after the day on which the person attained the age of 65, a person for whom five years have not elapsed counting from the day on which the person acquired that right).
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第四条の五第一項の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の前日において、七十歳に達していない者（六十五歳に達した日後に老齢基礎年金の受給権を取得した場合にあっては、当該受給権を取得した日から起算して五年を経過していない者）について適用する。
The provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1) and Article 12-4 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to a person who has not attained the age of 60 on the day preceding the Effective Date.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第十二条第一項及び第十二条の四の規定は、施行日の前日において、六十歳に達していない者について適用する。
