Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. for the Improvement of the Operation of National Pension Programs, etc. (referred to as the "2007 Amendment of the National Pension Act, etc." in the following Article) (February 1, 2008); provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
略称規定附則第一条第一項・この規定及び附則第二条の中だけ
この政令は、国民年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（次条において「国民年金法等改正法」という。）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十年二月一日）から施行する。
わかりやすく言うと
国民年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律のことです。平成十九年政令第三百十号の附則で使われる略称です。
