第二条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
For the calculation of the amount of the basic pension contribution relating to each employees' pension insurer in the fiscal years listed in the following items, the number relating to each employees' pension insurer provided for in Article 11-2, item (ii) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act") is, notwithstanding the provisions of that item, the number provided for in the relevant item.
Fiscal year 1986: a number equivalent to 12 times the number of persons who are category 3 insured persons among the insured persons relating to that employees' pension insurer on March 31, 1987;
昭和六十一年度 昭和六十二年三月三十一日における当該被用者年金保険者に係る被保険者のうち第三号被保険者である者の数の十二倍に相当する数
Fiscal year 1987: the number obtained by deducting the number provided for in the preceding item from a number equivalent to 24 times the number of persons who are category 3 insured persons among the insured persons relating to that employees' pension insurer on March 31, 1988.
For the application of the provisions of Article 11-2 of the New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act, for the time being, the phrase "premium-paid period" in item (iii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "premium-paid period (limited to a period on or after April 1, 1986)".
